Use the Compliance Hotline – available 24/7 – to report a concern about improper or unethical behavior that you believe could jeopardize the integrity of the institution, including suspected violations of federal or state regulations. Caller identity will remain confidential in accordance with Thompson Health policy and callers are protected under the Thompson Health Non-Intimidation/Non-Retaliation Policy.
Reports may also be submitted online. These reports may be made confidentially and anonymously, if preferred. You will receive a report number to reference for follow up. Reports are reviewed, investigated and documented through an independent service, working with the Compliance Office.
